Booking Conditions

The Raanfula Agro Tourism & Adventure Collection website is owned and operated by Raanfula.

• A booking is accepted only after we received the booking amount for the selected stay choice. 

• The balance of payment is due for your travel arrangements/stay reservation, the balance payment must be paid by you before leaving the hotel.

• Methods of Payment

Payments for full or part payment for the stay Reservation  may be made either by 1) bank transfer 2) UPI 

 

• Child Policy

Raanfula will consider the following conditions as our Child Policy:

• 0 to 4.99 years old are considered as ‘Infant’ and will be FOC when sharing parents' bed. If an extra bed is required, there will be an additional supplement as specified by the relevant resort.

• 5 to 12.99 years old is considered as ‘Children’ and the respective resorts' Child Policies and rates will apply to them.

• 13 years old and above will be considered as ‘Adults’, Full charges will be applicable.

• Cancellation Policy

Below are the terms & conditions that apply if the event will be cancelled by the guest side after the payment is made.

7 Days 90% return and 10% admin &  processing charges deduction
3 Days  50% return & 0% admin &  processing charges deduction
2 Days or on the same date before the check in date  No Refund

• Safety & Care 

Guest should not hold 'Raanfula Management' for any personal injuries or any other damages whether direct or consequential that may result while participating in any of the adventure activities being conducted at the resort or outside.
 

• The possession, solicitation or use of illegal drugs, or liquor or being under the influence of such drugs while at the Raanfula Agro tourism & Adventure, Inglun, Pune, is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.

• Pick & drop from the Kanhe Railway station is available with additional charges.

• For any package prior booking is mandatory.

• Skycycle & Swing tickets need to buy separately. Both activities are not part of any mentioned package.

• Do not carry valuables. Management is not responsible for any loss/damage.

• Extra charges will be applicable for an additional meal. (other than mentioned in the package)

• The breakfast time is till 10.00 am, lunchtime 01.30pm -02.30 pm.

• Connect with our management team to book venues for a small celebration and corporate event.

• Carry a camera and binoculars at personal risk.

• Smoking and drinking alcohol are strictly prohibited.

• We serve vegetarian food only.
